From June 09 to Jan 18 with Hero MotoCorp Ltd. Gurgaon Key Deliverables:

Development of Warranty Process: Objective of the project was to create an online platform on SAP Net Weaver for our Dealers to raise Warranty Claims & develop claim settlement process in SAP so that Dealers could online view & track the status. Configurations at SAP end were done for settlement of claims. Worked on identifying & engaging stakeholders, schedule management plan & scope management plan was created. Development of Free Service Coupon Claim Process: Objective of the project was to create an online platform on SAP Net Weaver for our Dealers to raise Free Service Coupon claims & develop claim settlement process in SAP so that users can online view & track the status. Worked on collection of requirements, identify stakeholders, scope management, schedule management, stakeholder management, risk identification. Worked on mitigation plan & contingencies.

Automatic data upload functionality to VAHAN homologation portal: Objective of this project was to consume the web service provided by VAHAN website & update the details of vehicles dispatched. Worked on Schedule management, communication management & stakeholder engagement. Two-Wheeler Sales Planning – Objective of this project was to calculate tentative monthly two-wheeler sales plan of dealers based upon production plan, market trends and retail performance of dealers. System accurately creates the Sales plan & it was much appreciated by Sales team as it saves huge amount of time as no manual interventions are required. Worked on Project plan, identifying stakeholders, implementation schedule, communication plan, quality management plan. Testing of the system was done to ensure Quality & scope validation was done.

Automatic Load creation process for Two Wheelers – Objective of this project was to create intelligence in SAP so that system should automatically create two-wheeler order in SAP based upon availability of trucks, road permits, funds, balance to go & priority loads. Worked on Collecting requirements, scope management, implementation schedule, Quality management & Scope validation. E Permit system for Two-Wheeler & Spare Parts – Objective of this project was that when any two-wheeler or Spare Parts invoice gets created then dealer should get an intimation through auto generated email. Provision for the dealer was created so that dealer can download the details of invoices & can upload scanned copy of E Permits. Worked on Project plan, identifying stakeholders, implementation schedule & quality management plan.

Priority Load Planning System – Objective of this project was to provide provision to Area Office Sales team to punch the requirements related to Urgent loads. Process was configured in SAP for processing of these priority loads. Configurations at SAP were done for new Order to Billing cash cycle. Worked on identifying & engaging stakeholders, schedule management plan & scope management plan. Institutional Sales Claims – Objective of this project was to provide a provision to Dealers to claim their Institutional Sales claims related to CSD, DGS&D, and CPC claims. New Order types, billing type & pricing procedure configured in SAP for settlement of claims. Worked on creation of WBS & project plan. Configuration of Express Order & Accessory Sales – Order to Cash cycle configured in SAP for Spare Parts Express orders & Accessory Sales. Worked on creating WBS, identification of stakeholders & scope management.

Transport Management system- Objective of this project was to create a process in SAP so that system to calculate the freight bills based upon defined routes in delivery documents, settlement of bills in SAP & reports. Integration of SAP with WMS (Ware House Management System) – Objective of this project was to send details of Delivery documents from SAP to WMS, to receive the details of Picked quantities from WMS to SAP

& send information related to invoices to WMS. Worked on creation of WBS, identifying stakeholders & Project Management plan.

Sales Claim Management System – Objective of this project was to create a provision for Dealers to create claims related to online Sales claim on net weaver platform. Claim settlement & credit process in SAP. Reports for viewing the details of claims & their status.

Configuration of Process for Dealer Training – Objective of this project was to configure Order to Cash cycle in SAP for settlement of Dealer training bills. Rolling Plan Process – Objective of this project was to create provision to upload details of tentative rolling plan. This rolling plan is used for planning purpose & helps Sales team in meeting market demands. Worked on Project plan, identifying stakeholders, implementation schedule, communication plan, quality management plan. Testing of the system was done to ensure Quality & scope validation was done. GST related implementations for Sales, Service & Parts Business – Implementation of GST related requirements in Two-Wheeler Dispatch process, Spare Parts process & Service-related process for smooth functioning of Business. Enhancements in Pricing procedures were done as per requirements of GST. Enhancements in Order entry module, Delivery creation, Invoice creation, Pricing procedures, Customer master, Material master & Invoice printing were done. Worked on identifying & engaging stakeholders, schedule management plan & scope management plan.

From Jan 18 to till date with Havells India Ltd, Noida FOC Billing process – Process developed for Free of cost billing of scheme related items & their automatic reversal from Dealer’s account.

SAP SD related configurations implemented for New Warehouses at Gurgaon & Hyderabad plants. Auto order billing process – Provision to automatically create billing documents for Sales Orders based upon FIFO basis. Worked on creating WBS, identifying & engaging stakeholders, risk management plan, Quality control activities were performed.

Returnable / Non-Returnable sample process – New Order to billing cash cycles implemented for Returnable

& Non-Returnable sample sales process. Worked on Collecting requirements, scope management, communication, Quality management & Scope validation. Factory to Factory Stock Transfer Process – Process implemented in SAP for transfer of materials from one plant to another. Enhancements in SAP pricing procedures, enhancements in Invoice printing were done. Implementation of Kerela Flood Cess- Implementation of Kerela Flood Cess as per statuary requirements. Pricing procedures in SAP were modified to implement new tax. Automatic Stock Transfer delivery process – Process implemented in SAP for automatic delivery creation of Stock Transfer Orders on FIFO basis.
