Duties and Responsibilities as Store keeper
Responsible for managing the timely receipt and issuance of material at stores
Ensuring proper storage, monitor and maintain safe and quality working practice.
Performed all inventory transactions through ERP module and relevant Excel storage management systems.
Create, generate and maintain barcode /QR code and labeling according to categories.
Responsible for creating daily reports.
Lead and supervised to store helpers for Load and unloading trucks or other common carriage and transport material to specified areas by hand or by use of powered handling equipment. 2
Responsible for communicating any issues or delays with ordered goods with the corresponding departments.
Maintain all documents to administrative file and keep up-to-date records
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and HR department for payment
/order /shipment.
