• Project Administration:
» Compile the list of information that is requested by the different teams involved in the project and frequently conduct follow-up. Send out meeting requests, ensure that reports and drawings are submitted in time to the clients, and compile minutes, oversee document control and conduct filing.
• Project Analysis:
» Monitor the project progress and determine where the project will be completed within the time frame given. Request for a recovery plan when necessary, compare actual cash flow to the progress, and determine whether there will be some savings or overrun on the project.
