Continuous monitoring of stock for inventory planning, available stock and outstanding quantities with the suppliers.

Raise NCR for wrong supply of materials.

Raise materials receipt inspection as per material submittal and get approval from Consultant/QAQC.

Transfer inspected goods and materials into warehouse, using appropriate lifting equipment in order to ensure that goods are safely stored in their designated position.

Post the GRN (Goods Receipt) in Oracle base mentor system and Liaise with accounts payable department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the suppliers.

To maintain the stock of Consumable Materials and place the order as and when required in advance.

Lead and motivate the store team for a dynamic and smooth running of store activities.

Keep track of all Power Tools/Scaffolding in advance to meet site requirement and maintain Calibration Log Sheet as per safety norms.

Maintaining filing system in ALFA way and keep track of documentation.

Always adhere to safety movement of materials and logistics.

Assign particular areas for inflammable materials and keep it under proper safety with MSDS tags on each item.
