Manages and motivates staffs on the shift, ensures full training is provided and promotes staff welfare to ensure high turnover retention rate.
Delegate staffs on a shift to stimulate and motivate on selling technique and to promote the unique product, coach and train on an ongoing basis to ensuring 100% delivering of the customer service and sales target is being achieved.
