E+21 Years in oil and gas mega project construction, corrosion mitigation management, failure investigation committee, (IOW) Integrity Operating Window committee with Asset Integrity and

(RBI), preparing Corrosion Control Documents (CCD), corrosion Hazard Analysis (CHA) and integrate data with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), water chemical treatment, Oil chemical treatment, coating and thermal insulation quality inspection, cathodic protection monitoring. Oil, Gas, Refineries, Gas to liquid, Petrochemical, L.N.G projects, Marine paints and ship yards, paints company, onshore and offshore rigs and platforms construction. Duties Overview

Constriction supervision responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret the requirements and details of contracts drawings and specifications;

• Understand the contractor’s obligations and the client’s responsibilities under the contract;

• Inspect the work according to the required established frequency; examine (measuring, testing) the work to the detail required to ensure contract compliance;

• Identify and act on any site, contractual and regulatory infractions (for safety, security, operational efficiency, customer convenience, etc.);

• Assist with the administration of the construction contracts; monitoring the constructed product for quality assurance;

• Act as a liaison between the contractor, internal staff, utility companies, local municipalities, etc. as required;

Inspection responsibilities:

• Conducts repetitive inspection of product/materials against known standards, procedures and checklists.

• Understands complex plant piping circuits.

• Conducts product inspection, documenting as required, according to specific procedures.

• Identifies and segregates non-conforming material and assists in gathering requested information and proof necessary to help establish the root cause of problems and determine corrective action.

Corrosion Mitigation Responsibilities:

• Implement and sustain Corrosion Hazard Analysis (CHA), including corrosion control

• documents and Integrity Operating Windows (IOWs), and integrate them with Process Hazard

• analyst (PHA), Operating Envelope and Risk Based Inspection (RBI) programs

• Support implementation of (RBI) program

• Oversee corrosion control and inhibition programs such as wash water, chemical injection

(cooling water system, Sulfur Recovery Units, Crude distillation and Condensate distillation units, Amine Treating units),

• Cathodic protection performance overview for existing systems and installation for new construction units.

• Support the evaluation of refinery and unit feed slate changes for potential corrosion risks in process units

• Provide evaluation of corrosion related risks and recommended mitigation for Management of Change (MOC) where increased corrosion damage is a risk

• Review and update standards and procedures related to corrosion control and materials selection or upgrades are required for projects, maintenance outages, and major turnarounds.

• Collaborate with inspection, reliability and process engineering to investigate, assess risks and mitigate plant corrosion issues in refinery process units during normal operations, unit shutdowns and turnarounds

• Participate in or lead root-cause failure investigations for issues related to materials and corrosion

• Monitor process units and utilities operating parameters for corrosion rate with corrosion monitoring techniques (weight loss coupons, ER probe, and LPR probes),

• Facility work/modifications (plant, equipment, pipelines, maintenance, abandonments, mothballing, troubleshooting, optimization, turnarounds),

• Project Management (small to medium sized projects), estimating, scheduling, construction practices, Personnel and Process Safety.
