PERIOD; $2500 per month (Including Taxes)
Probation Period: 30 Calendar Days
Shipping Clerk is responsible for shipment. Thanks to the Shipping Clerk, the products are moving from supplier to the client. We must mention that our company’s Shipping Clerks are the experts in logistics, they go through all the stages of the whole shipping process, starting with defining the destination point and ending with the reconciliation and reporting of the shipping costs. And considering the fact that we work all over the world, their experience becomes more valuable and extensive day by day. So what arethe responsibilities of the Shipping Clerk in a nutshell? After the purchase is made, it is transferred to the nearest Shipping Clerk, who registers this information and informs the supervisor. Then, using the best shipping method (we mostly rely here on USPS), he/she sends out the package. Main Activities:
Process correspondence, reports and other documents
Maintain files
Open and distribute mail
Maintain confidential records and files
Review and edit reports
Prepare correspondence for clients
Prepare documents and reports on the computer
Answering phone calls
Perform other related duties as required
Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment
Compare the quantity and identification numbers of merchandise
Twice a day you will need to connect lto our Virtual Office and check what is happening there. You have to keep your hand on pulse and read updated information
React immediately to all notifications (email, phone calls or text message)
Prepare records of merchandise shipped
Post weight and ship charges
Keep files of shipping records
Trace missing or misplaced shipments
Verify receipt of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records Knowledge
