United States Marine Corps Reserve – Chief Warrant Officer/ Supervisor Fort Devens, MA 12/14- Present

Supervise and train 16 multi-functional employees, while orchestrating Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense operations for an organization consisting of 700 plus personnel. A member of the executive leader’s planning team, that, works through problem solving and provides recommendations for achieving goals. Coordinate with six separate departments to include, medical, intelligence, logistics, supply, signal and operations to align schedules, policies, and resources. Advise and brief senior executive on consolidated planning, status of organization, and training goals. Selected to simultaneously serve as a senior officer in charge of the Command Operations Center. Responsible for tracking and synchronizing of operations to include movement schedules, transport, and accountability of personnel throughout a joint and cross-functional capacity. Develop and implement command operations procedures to effectively execute field-based training and operations.

Completed deployment to Okinawa, Japan under the Marine Corps’ Unit Deployment Program 10/19-06/20

United States Marine Corps – Staff Sergeant/ Operations Supervisor Camp Pendleton CA 11/12 – 11/14

Planned and coordinated the training of over 5,000 employees. Ensured training was tracked and computed data to provide operational readiness information to senior executive. Conducted annual height and weights for employees within the organization. Developed workout plans and track progress for employees outside of physical standards. Briefed the senior executive on progress. Over 50 employees total being managed over this period.

United States Marine Corps – Sergeant/ Recruiter Albany, NY 10/10 – 6/15

Developed detailed plans, maximizing time, and resources to find qualified applicants for enlistment to the organization. Generated leads for prospects by effectively employing multiple media sources. Built detailed packages for more than 72 individuals to hire into organization. Prepared 72 new employees efficiently for the rigors of military training. This resulted in having 12 employees during initial training earning special recognitions in training, more than double of other recruiters. Worked with local media, politicians, school staff, and families in order to maximize recruiting efforts.

The top ranked recruiter out of more than 36 recruiters in the upstate New York area. Enlisted 72 applicants into the organization fulfilling over 200% established quota.

Coordinated with 10 teachers in local high schools to visit and experience military initial training.

United States Marine Corps – Corporal/ CBRND Training Chief Norfolk, VA 5/07 – 10/10

Conducted periodic maintenance, which included calibrations, serviceability checks, issuing and inventory of a multi-million dollar Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear defense account. Implemented and maintained records for equipment and facilitated in the consolidation of equipment to a central facility. Primary training chief conducting Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear defense training to personnel and evaluations. Implemented training curriculum and plans to the Regiment. Recognized for attention to detail and work ethic throughout 2 separate Commanding General Readiness Inspections; awarded a noteworthy recommendation for 0 discrepancies. Ensured the proper execution of Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Defense program through 3 Command Inspection teams.
