1.Optimization of effects of cutting parameters on surface finish and MRR of EN24 Method of study
The orthogonal array, signal to noise ratio and analysis of variance were employed to study the performance characteristics in turning operation. (Tools and software used: Parameters: Feed, speed, depth of cut & surface roughness)
2.Structural stress analysis of cylinder head: It is proposed to make the cylinder head with metal matrix composites of cast iron, Ti-6Al-4V alloy and Fe-Ni-Cr alloy by adding silicon carbide as a fibre
The prototype is designed in Pro E and the heat distribution is analyzed in Ansys.
3.Hydrogen -based energy systems: The conversion of solar energy into hydrogen via the water splitting process, assisted by photo-semiconductor catalysts (Tio2). The Tio2 nano-particles were prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OBu)4 as a Precursor
