VIII. English Language:

My native tongue is Arabic while I have been speaking English since my study in the primary school. English language is the official language for studying medicine in Egypt. In addition it is the language used in hospitals for teaching, consultations and communication with all the hospital stuff. This also applied to my practice in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

IX. Computer Skills:

I have the basic skills of computer, I’ve got the ICDL certificate. Our hospital is managed by (HMIS) Hospital Management Information System, We are dealing successfully with this system.

X. Experience and scope of work:

I have good experience in general ENT surgical procedures and some microscopic and Endoscopic surgeries also use of modern surgical procedures like Coblator, Ellman and Micro-debrider 1. Pharyngeal Surgeries:

*Adenoidectomy, *Tonsillectomy, *Uvulo-palto-pharyngo-plasty, *Repair of Palate,*Repair of Oro-Antral Fistulae and *Nasopharyngeal, Oropharyngeal and Hypo-pharyngeal assessment and biopsies in cases of suspicious clinical Diagnosis both Endoscopic and Non Endoscopic. 2. Nasal Surgeries:

*Reduction of Fractured nasal bones *Simple Polypectomies, *Septoplasty,

*Submucouse Resection *Turbenectomy *Turbinoplasty *Surgical excision of Chonca-bullosa *Antrostomy *Canalization of Choanal Artesia,*Cald well Luc’s operation,*Different nasal biopsies and surgical management of different nasal tumors and granulomas, *Surgical removal of antrochoanal polyps, Nasal endoscopy for Diagnostic and Therapeutic purposes . 3. Laryngeal Surgeries:

Direct Laryngoscope and simple laryngeal examination, Web or Crust removal, Almost all the Micro-laryngo-surgical procedures including the Voice Surgeries, Laryngeal and hypo-pharyngeal biopsies to prove or evaluate the cases of malignancy, Conservative Laryngeal surgeries like mass removal with safety margin up to Total Cordectomy. 4. 7. Rigid Oesphegoscopy:

Good experience on the rigid Oesphegoscopy in both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. i.e. its uses in Foreign bodies extraction, Esophageal dilatations (post-Corrosion).

8. Rigid and Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy:

We usually perform bronchoscopy so frequently, as we see lot of cases of foreign body inhalation weekly. In addition, we perform bronchoscopy for injuries of the tracheo- bronchial tree after trauma and accidents, and for suction of secretions in the postoperative course. XI. Research and publications
