Duties Responsibilities
Maintain records of contact, accounts and orders and Target new customers or achieve upsells to existing customers
Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
Place outbound follow-up calls to sales leads and persuade potential customers to complete and submit an application.
Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with account for the customers.
Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately.
Process claims for insurance companies
Explain products and services to new and existing customers and the potential value added.
Collect payments on past due bills. Create a list of people who have not made payments. Organize list according to severity of delinquency. Locate customers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork or databases.
Verifying and explaining benefits, handling queries about approval follow ups and denials, policy coverage and policy exclusions.
Help a customer assess which providers are in network and covered.
Entry of claims and reimbursements to a system using ICD-10 codes, CPT, HCPCS, CDT, Dubai Service List Codes, and DDC Codes.
Coordinating with other departments to follow up with customer requests and to ensure timely response and to provide proper guidance on processes specifically for approvals, claims and reimbursements.
