TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES PVT LTD, Chennai,India: May 2015 – June 2018

Worked as part of a Support team contributing to successful management of IT infrastructures and resolves issues with 3rd party vendors including firewall maintenance, specific hardware and network devices. Also specialized in maintaining servers as well as resolving all service related problems (June 2015 – Dec 2017)

Leadership Quality: Have handled a team comprising of 4 members and provided direction and interaction with Support Executive’s daily tasks and projects, along with the general managerial responsibilities (Jan 2018- July2018).

WORK ACHIEVEMENTS:

Nominated as one of the members to represent TCS Global Client Conference at Siruseri, Chennai.

Awarded multiple TCS Gems in appreciation to my outstanding contribution in the organization.

Received several client appreciation letters for troubleshooting critical client issues and resolving those in a timely manner.
