Acting as a planner for die maintenance department, yearly Die planning for Plant requirement to meet schedule.
Managing with 30 people to maintain 250 PDC dies ranging from 250 ton to 1250 ton machines.
Sole responsibility to handle planning of Delivering the Dies to 38 PDC machines every day.
Handling and trouble shooting pressure die casting dies of various kinds such as Partial squeeze dies, Vacuum dies.(250 dies).
Maintaining die modification reports for horizontal deployments, spares for around 250 dies as well as heat treatment plans and religiously following for dies to improve die life.
Strategising and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various Equipments and instruments to increase up time and equipment reliability.
Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
Technologically upgrading of the obsolete tools & instruments.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget. Quality Implementation
