Developed real time PSI/TAP spreadsheet to manage day to day productivity for the Capitol Region. Manage 66 clinics operationally for the RVP through P&L and spreadsheet analysis.

Manipulate the schedule, adjusting for staffing and to meet the overall operations related to Productivity, Finance, and Quality.

Reduced productivity overages by 20% while increasing the overall Ultracare Quality score to goal.
