Overall operational responsibility of 10 multi campus outpatient dialysis units in DC/MD with 775 patients through 3 shifts, one NOC program and 3 home therapy units.

Developed real time PSI/TAP spreadsheet to manage day to day productivity for the Capitol Region. Manage 66 clinics operationally for the RVP through P&L and spreadsheet analysis.
