As an Experienced Scum Master I am responsible to facilitate the every processes required for the developers to be able to concentrate in their development with less interruptions and complications. We have been working as a remote team since the beginning of March and have release a whole new piece of software for the Financial Crime transformation program and we are working in a second delivery to be released in January 2021. Additionally, I work as an agile coach part time assisting the business to shape their processes and communications and expectations in a more agile manner. As a Senior Product Owner I assist stakeholders to define, refine and clarify requirements coming from their different areas: Legal, Compliance, Design, and so on, and communicate those through Jira stories, epics and initiatives. Our Tech team is in America so I communicate and align them with the requirements from the Business on a daily basis, schedule and monitor development, testing and deployments and manage release plans with all parts. Our projects vary in a set of different campaigns, but our main project is to create a digital transformation that will revolve how the company works: Creating a platform that generates websites itself with different logics to accommodate clients and languages from all our 13 markets. This will not only reduce the cost for the company’s operations, but increase the independence the markets have from us and digital agencies when making stand alone campaigns.

As a profile scrum master & product owner I design digital interactions for different campaigns and corporate platforms, manage the communication with the business and their timeline-development expectations, write all stories in the backlog, manage estimations and technical discussions and create delivery plans. Additionally, I manage all the agile sessions: stand ups with different teams, retrospectives, demos and sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions. I manage different projects in parallel end to end and control communication among different teams. Between my responsibilities, I have achieved in my agile team to:

Our Agile project is around the Digital Transformation of the new Business Credit Cards, which was entirely a manual process in Branch, and now will be fully managed online for customers’ ease.

As a scrum master I deal with everyday Devs team requests, manage Jira board, produce reports in Confluence, manage any requests for software and hardware and produce and plan the work load per Sprint. Organise meetings and ensure coordination among Devs and Product Owners.

Additionally, I manage testing in all different environments and communication with external parties regarding our SW. Between my responsibilities, I have achieved in my agile team to:

oDirected all phases of technology software design, development and deployment projects, from Definition to Production/life to users.

oDrafted team capacity and development plans deliverables each 2 weeks (per Sprint) such as along different releases that are organised per functionalities.
