WORK EXPERENCE

From January 2020 to June 2020 - Qatar Chemical Company Ltd (QChem), Working as a Mechanical Supervisor (Permit to Work Coordinator) (QChem through Descon Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Doha, Qatar)

oTo check and take Permit in Qchem PE3 (polyethylene train) utility area to work a RTRP pipe to crack a flow line to arrest and apply Benzona.

oSupervise the fixing the GRP raping and block the flow leak and apply chemical.

oSupervise the alignment of the motor using Laser Alignment.

oTo perform in Qchem Sea Water Intake (Utility) Area as Permit receiver in Permit to Work (PTW), job including Job Safety Analysis, HSE Management, Risk Assessment, Fire Safety, Hazardous Waste Management.

oCoordinate Permit to Work submission and verify its compliance with the Permit to Work procedure and company guidelines (Ensure all necessary signatures, documents and approvals are obtained to execute work).

oInsure a proper record-keeping through the PTW database of all permits.

oInspection on field to verify the effective implementation of the Permit to Work System.

oContributing to safety promotion at work through visit and inspection activity.

oContact the Tool Box Talk (TBT) to discuss risk in job, if any emergency what they alternative solution to established in our work crew.

oPermits receive as work with Overhauling Raked Bar Screen (RBS), Removal of Top Guide Rail, removal and Installation of instrument cables sensor and motor cable.

oSupervise the lift and removal of Trash rake assembly (Bucket), Scraper assembly and dead plate using chain blog and load bearing.

oSupervise the Rake carrying rollers cless Bush and hinge replacement, replacement of wire rope, replacement of hydraulic unit, Drum assembly, Gearbox and motor.

oRemoval of coupling hub by heating using oxy acetylene, replacement of hydraulic cylinder to finial functional test.

oPermit to work with overhauling Travelling Band Screen (TBS) Blinding and Deblinding communicate properly with production while obtaining PTW, the equipment owner shall be present when removing the first bolt for alternate bolting to provide verification of the correct location to the maintenance personnel

oEnsure line was depressurized and drained and vented and LT & T was completed, in case of any pressure leaks, the bolt can be re-tightened immediately.

oTo concrete breaking chipping using HILTI/jack hammer and manual tools.

oPermit to removal of cover using crane, removal & installation of screen panels, guide rail replacement by grinding, cutting, welding.

oSupervise Sea Water pump basin and pump column cleaning and inspection for confined space entry Requirements.

oSupervise screen panel cleaning by using Hydro Blasting required ppe for hydro jetter (Torso (upper body protector), Chaps (leg protector), Guntlet (hand/arm protector), Gaiters (foot protector), Face shield with chin guar).

oEnsure Barriers and signs are in place. Ensure permits are cancelled or closed out appropriately.

From June 2018 to December 2019 – Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL), Chennai Worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (CPCL through SMEC Labs Automation Pvt. Ltd. Chennai, India)

oPerformed in oil & gas at CPCL for their BS-VI AUTOFUEL project in HSE Management, Risk Assessment, HSE Training, Occupational Health & Hygiene, Hazardous waste Management and Fire Safety & Security.
