Oct 10 to 10.10.2018 Metenere Limited, Village Mohtli, Damtal, Kangra, HP. Colour coating line, Rolling mill, continuous casting & Foil plant with conversion line. Worked as Sr. Associate in quality & responsible for Quality at M/S Metenere Limited Damtal for both FRP, Caster & Foil also.

Presently working as Engineer from 15.10.2018 & responsible for Quality, Production at M/S Pentagon Aluminium for Caster, Hot rolling mill & Finishing line also.

In pentagon also responsible for packing & dispatch of the material.

Brief Introduction about previous Company:

Metenere is providing a wide range of Non-Ferrous metal product s to its customers from its plant, located at Kathua (J&K), Dadri (U.P.), Damtal (Himachal Pradesh) and Gandhidham (Gujarat).

Aluminium FRP: Damtal Plant is equipped to produce superior quality of Aluminium Flat Rolled Products. Production capacity of the plant is 72,000 TPA. The manufacturing facilities are of modern and upgraded technology keeping in view of changing market scenario.

Aluminium Foil: Damtal Plant is equipped to produce superior quality of Aluminium Foil Products. In Metenere we produce product like SRC, Pharma bare, Pharma laminated, Blister bare, Blister coated, House foil, Alu Alu foil etc.

Brief Introduction about Current Company:

Pentagon aluminium Company pvt. Ltd. Is hot rolling plant where we cast alloy like 1050, 1100, 6351 T6, 6061 T6 & 6082 T6.

Basically Pentagon aluminium is a hot rolling plant with tilting melting and holding furnaces which have 14 & 12 ton capacity.

Y Job Profile of pervious company:

Responsible for establishing and maintaining key processes for control and effective functioning of the quality process

Raw material inspection.

Product development as per Customer requirement.

Vendor development for consumables

Maintaining the inventory of lab consumables.

Attending customer complaint & make CAPA.

Prepared official report like production report, QNCR, Mechanical properties etc.

Maintenance & calibration of spectrometer.

Inspection of Rolling mill & finishing line like CRS, CTL, TLL.

Check the oil like coolant oil (HNP), Furnace oil (F.O.), Diesel etc.

Perform all type of physical & chemical testing.

Also go through customer end for product development.

In Foil area:-

Inspection of H.G.S., Separator & Annealing.

Inspection of Pharma Bare, Pharma Laminated, Blister Bare, and Blister coated.

Check GSM, UTS, Printability.

Bursting, Sealing & peeling Testing.

Perform rolling oil testing like Flash point, Moisture, Recovery, Specific Gravity, I.B.P. & F.B.P.

Check house foil, Closure etc.

Y Job Profile of current company:

Maintain the process for caster, melting & holding furnace

Select the raw material for the plant

Can make all type of alloys i.e.1050, 3003, 3004, 8011foil, 6061 & 6082.

Check daily production reports.

Make shift production plan

Increase shift production by involving in all production activities

Control on rejection by improving quality of casting product

Suggest ideas for improvement of Productivity

Maintaining safety and housekeeping (5s).

Managing man power to achieve production targets

Inspection of casting equipment s to avoid breakdown and maximizing, utilization of plant

To maintain all the safety parameters

Maintain and record quarterly material stock inventory

Handling breakdown related Melting, Holding furnace and caster.

Man power planning and shift schedule

Individually looking whole production of the plant

MAJOR PROJECTS:-

Erection and commissioning of the DC caster & hot rolling mill, and two months special training by Chinese expert regarding casting & levelling issues.

Erection and commissioning also done of hot rolling mill.

Also done maintenance & fabrication work in plant commissioning at Re-heating furnace, Quenching furnace & Aging furnace.

Introduce charging car for saving the time for charging of material in furnace

Y Computer Knowledge:

Basic Knowledge of Computer like MS Office, Internet etc.

Knowledge of online System SAP

Passed B. Sc. (Non Med) From MCM DAVCollage Kangra in 2010. H.P. university

Passed Intermediate with Non Medical from Govt. S.S.S. Bagli in 2005.

Passed Matriculation from Govt. S.S.S. Matour in 2003.
