My duties include gathering information from field technicians and verifying that the data gathered from out in the field corresponds with what is on our systems. In areas where they differ I am charged with the responsibility of planning, implementing and executing a course of action to mitigate and to correct these discrepancies.

I am also responsible for providing the field technicians with whatever technical support they may need from a systems perspective.

Responsible of building systems and pathways on the computer that will facilitate the provision of our services on our network to customers.

One of my responsibilities also include generating a report that gives a detailed picture of the efficiency effectiveness of the company’s service delivery and assurance.

October 2017- July 20th 2018 Teller - First Citizens Bank

As a teller at the bank, my responsibilities include reliably completing cash and non-cash transactions, as well as marketing the banks products and services.

October 2016 – August 2017 Clerical Assistant & Bank Teller – Republic Bank Limited.

As a clerical assistant support staff in the Loan Sales department, I had the privilege of having the first interaction with customers when they entered the Sales department. In addition to the provision of customer service, my duties included marketing the products and services of the bank, and assisting loan clients to manage their finances. As a teller at the bank, my responsibilities included reliably completing cash and non-cash transactions, transfers between accounts and ensuring that the bank’s staff was equipped with the relevant stationery to effectively conduct their various duties.

July – September 2016 RDD Data Entry Clerk - Unit Trust Corporation.

While working at Unit Trust I was entrusted with updating customer information on the corporation’s electronic system, as well as carrying out various non-cash transactions for customers.

March-August 2012 Clerk - On The Job Training ( OJT) Tobago Regional Health Authority.

Provided support to the Human Resource Department, by processing various Leave applications for members of staff. This also included updating the organization’s computer system to reflect accurate information.
