Frequently inspect the work site, report any unsafe acts/conditions provide recommendations to correct deficiencies and follow-up to verify corrective actions have been taken.

Follow the implementation of the refusal to work policy to stop work that deems to be unsafe and take immediate corrective actions as needed.

Prepare a clear organization of his department to make sure all activities are included and all personnel will get the required training following to their activities.

Conduct the Prestart job training of the personnel of the department.

Assess the workplace and work activities to determine hazards that are present or are likely to be present. Evaluate it and implement needed precautions to ensure the safety of all affected personnel and follow the production of the Job Safety Analysis whenever it is required.

Inform personnel of safe work methods and safety requirements as per generic procedures and specific work instructions prior to beginning a different work activity
