New hire recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding activities, data entry into the HR DayForce systems, new hire orientation, and new hire mandatory training progress. New hire recruiting such as working job fairs, putting ads on radio and reaching out to local business and putting up flyers. Responsible for all hotel guest satisfaction surveys. Review and respond to every survey received and escalate any items necessary.
