Testing the functionalities of all the SharePoint Team Sites was a challenge, so automation testing was done to cover all the sites.

PEU-GSM-PJ-VIIVHPQ is part of VIIV Exchange Program with its collaboration with GSK.

VIIV Exchange Portal is an web based application which mainly deals with information regarding HIV. It has a lot of important information about the HIV,its cause, process of virus spread, Medicines, Dosage, Resources, News & Events,Treatment,etc.,which is very helpful for Healthcare Professionals across the globe to have more knowledge about HIV and prescribe medicines to patients accordingly.

Viiv Exchange Portal has different websites accordingly, a Global Master Portal and number of LOC Markets Portals. Where every LOC markets websites was regional specific, for eg, For Germany Market,the Viiv Exchange website was entirely in German Language.

Here, both the Viiv exchange Mastersite and Loc Markets individually was in scope of testing.

Germany and Spain were two such Portals that were tested initially and rest followed.

GlaxoKlineSmith is a Pharma Manufacturing Company and it’s based out all across the globe.

PHA-GSM-PJ-TEST-QABASE project was part of the North America Pharma IT services

Most of the applications under this Project deals with all the Commercial Operation activities held in GSK across North America.

This Project mainly deals with the flow of data from various upstream applications to the specified downstream applications,Interfaces between the upstreams and downstreams applications.

It mainly deals with data that are associated with Contracts, Rebate Claims, and Sales Data etc.

Government Pricing Calculator was one such Application that was tested, which performed calculation for Average Sales Prices on Monthly. Quarterly and Yearly basis and a pricing transfer was done and sent to the CMS for further processing.

Business Intelligence Reports were tested as these reports were migrated from previous version to all together to a separate module

Interface testing within the applications between two different platforms like eCommerce and Commercial operations was done, the Flow of data was monitored both from the frontend GUI and Backend.

Upgrade of a Standalone window application to Web application was done during the course of time and all the effected application were tested using the regression test suite that covered all the functionalities to make sure applicatios were not affected by the upgrade.
