Lead Cost Engineer with Saudi ARAMCO in the Construction Division with over 7 years experience. Projects included Offshore Platforms, Causeways, Gas Plants, LNG Plants, Oil Refineries, Pipelines (36” to 48”), Valves, jumpovers, GOSPs, and Industrial Support Facilities.

Monthly reports included budgeted, estimated and actual costs; and forecasted costs to complete. Also prepared annual operating budget and five-year business plan. Supervised an international staff of British, Philippine and Pakistani employees.

Financial Manager-ITT-Federal Electric Corp., Santa Maria, CA. Company designed and installed computer systems (hardware and software) for the US Air Force. Senior Cost Engineer with Resoursee Sciences Arabia Ltd., Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on three different projects at various locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Supervised three cost engineers.

Projects at Haradh included gas plant, industrial support facilities, bachelor housing, utilities and off-sites, downstream gas, condensate pipelines, gas gathering manifolds and transmission pipelines.

Projects in Dhahran included installing fiber optic and copper cables with a 155 Mbps synchronous transfer mode.

Khafji Projects included up-grade of offshore platforms, GOSPs and on-shore petrochemical facilities.

1996-1998

Cost Engineer with HAKA Group of Companies, Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at various locations.

Projects at Riyadh Refinery included laboratory replacement building, automatic tank gauging, up-grade of cathodic protection, distributed control system (DCS) replacement and other fire and safety projects.

Dhahran projects included pipelines, valves, jumpovers, scraper traps, sleving and other miscellaneous hardware. Pipeline sizes ranged from 24” to 48”
