● Project: Quenti (product) (2014 august – 2018 June) Quenti is a micro financial product targeted in South Africa clients (first stage), this product and the entire SDCL right now is totally automated (except the pull requests), we are using tools such as: Azure (Infrastructure), CI & CD (VSTS), OOP, multilayer, cloud architecture, capabilities as: autoscaling, geo redundancy, 24 hours availability. This product contains modules such as: Treasury, Loans, Accounting, Term Deposits, Tellers, Platform and Cash accounts. Main tasks executed in the project:

- Synchronize global teams (Costa Rica, Bulgaria, Spain), this product/company involves people in three countries, because in Costa Rica was developed the backend (core), Bulgaria was developing the Front End (they are experts on UX/IU) and the management team was located in Spain. Part of my role was to synchronize everything in order to deploy exactly what we need or the client needs, without troubles, headaches and downtime.

- My current role is a mix of Software DevOps Engineer and Release Manager because I had to configure, control and monitor our CI/CD and I have to synchronize everything in order to see a fluent SDLC.

- Estimate the effort according the changes and requirements, in this case we know when the features and bug fixing will be delivered, and all the changes will be trackable and evaluated and finally the estimation will let us to know if it is a doable work.

- When I was Team lead my role was focused on being a facilitator of levels such as: entry, juniors and Mids, and in general terms I oversaw the Onboarding of the new team members.

- As a team lead, I was to be checking and monitoring the progress of the assigned, pending and completed tasks using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

My main contribution to the team was to transition the business model from OnPremises to Saas, we had to renovate an old product (power builder) in a new and powerful cloud hosted product with the latest and most recent technologies. Main tasks executed in the project:

− Take the xls files from a repository of their sale representatives, I had to validate the data into the file and calculate the incentives according the company rules for central America and Caribe. The calculating process was manually with multiple errors and with the automation the process needed no more than 3 minutes per representative, this application is paying more than $400K per month including all the representatives in Central America and Caribe. − Develop and implement a unique project in Central and South America for the Lafise bank and all its branches where they wanted to introduce the brokerage firm (stock market) to the internet but with full functionality for its investors, with the possibility of investing in foreign markets without leaving home or work, developed on C #, ASP.net, SQL Server 2005.

− Analyze the core bank to determine the feasibility of implementing a 24/7 system for SINPE transactions at Citi Bank, with maximum reuse of resources without having to perform a total re-engineering and check the option to optimize the core banking.
