Responsibilities:

Follow the periodic and preventive maintenance of all vehicles such as light vehicle, heavy vehicle and motorcycle.

Co-ordinate with user reference to maintenance schedule and open maintenance Job Order.

Co-ordinate with technical staff and assign Job Order.

Update Job Order with Material details, Manpower details, close and submit report.

Provide required assistance to technical staff in arranging material and other support sections like machine shop.

Monitor activities of all technical teams such as Diesel Supervisor, Petrol Supervisor & Electrical Supervisor, Diesel Mechanic, Petrol Mechanic, Electrician, Lubeman, Denter, Tyreman, Helper and etc.

Review the Bi-Weekly-Reports with the Diesel Supervisor, Petrol Supervisor & Electrical Supervisor and assist to improve the performance.

Follow up vehicle registrations.

Follow up with procurement of items and outside job orders.
