Oversee global ITOM environment comprised of 20 tools and 30+ onshore and offshore resources.
Key Achievements:
●Drove monitoring and visualization for 45K+ servers and network devices to support automation and incident management for a multi-domain, 700+ branch global environment; partnered with owners and businesses to establish processes, requirements, and industry best practices.
●Minimized IT workloads by expanding ITOM capabilities; achieved $1.5K+ reduction per month.
●Took over entire ITOM department consisting of over 30 internal employees on and offshore and an MSP team, over 20 tools globally and over 700 servers.
