CNET Content Solutions (ViacomCBS) Irvine, CA Nov 2014 – Feb 2020 Owned all aspects of a SaaS platform delivering a suite of eCommerce content syndication services and tools (“ContentCast”). ContentCast enables brands to control their product content and brand story across multiple retailers while creating add-to-cart lift. Key customers and partners: Brands included Microsoft, HP, Sony, and Asus. Retailers included Walmart, Costco, Staples, Best Buy, Argos, and Cdiscount.

Key Highlights

• Led SaaS business through nine consecutive years of double-digit growth. 2019 results included

+20% revenue, +49% number of syndicating manufacturers, and +20% syndicating retailers.

• Made successful decisions on investment and prioritization for a portfolio of products and programs, while balancing strategic objectives, customer needs and stakeholder demands against financial, operational, and technical constraints.

• Shipped key product features focused on brand content control, cross sell, performance, automation, authentication, privacy, and reporting.

• Refined organizational structure, functions, and job duties of teams and roles throughout growth stages of the platform.
