• Provide motivational education and technical assistance on zoning, land development and land use planning.

• Promote cutting-edge land strategies for sustainable development, preservation, conservation, flood mitigation.

• Responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day municipal operations, serve as Chief Administrative Officer for town with 198 full-time and 48 part-time employees in a 9.06-square mile radius with 37,409 residents.

• Supervise 12 Township department heads to ensure superior delivery of municipal services with oversight of police, public works, ems, parks and recreation, finance, planning, zoning, human resources and general services.

• Manage a $36.8M operating budget and $11M capital budget and controlled municipal expenditures.

• Contribute to securing over $1M annually in grants and alternative revenue for 65 capital improvement projects, leading fundraising, annual gift-giving events and voluntary municipal services contribution programs.

• Led $15M capital improvement investment program to effectively reduce I&I in 120-miles of sanitary sewer mains.

• Manage Public Information, oversee final content for media including website, social media, print and cable TV.

• Manage sale of the municipal sanitary sewer system to Aqua Pennsylvania Wastewater, Inc. for $50.25M and assisted with Pennsylvania PUC approval to consummate complete sale in less than nine months.

• Paid-off $30M in sanitary sewer debt and retired over $17M accumulated general obligation bond debt service.

• Negotiate and manage multiple collective bargaining agreements for unions saving $2.5M in operating costs.

• Coordinate town hall meetings, agendas for standing committees, prepare minutes, speak at community events, increase municipal transparency and communications between government officials and the public.
