Took the initiative to assemble a block library while creating CAD standards resulting in improved efficiency. Organized company folder structure eliminating duplicate folders and files which centralized all project information to one location. Introduced X-references and dynamic blocks to my colleagues, which improved accuracy and enriched the esthetics of our schematics.
