User Experience Research Intern June 2020–July 2020 Supported the Driver Experience team by executing a research plan, including interviewing 13 active Lyft drivers, to understand how their perception of information causes behavior change.
Analyzed and presented research findings to members of three sub-organizations, including two directors, to amplify the impact of the research and inform future iterations of the Driver App used by 1.4 million people.

Product Research Intern June 2019–Aug 2019
Created, conducted, and analyzed four research plans to aid cross-functional teams in the creation of digital solutions for clients in the finance, fitness, and food industries on products used by over one million people.
Led internal workshops to teach new methods of engaging and advocating for users in the research process to designers, researchers, and strategists. Methods taught became the new standard for engaging with users.
Community-Computer Interaction Lab
Research Assistant Jan 2019–Present
Contributed to four long-term research projects associated with technology used to create and mediate communities. Research submitted for publication and presented at conferences.
Procured grant funding and won second place at Purdue’s Undergraduate Research Conference for research on the place-making process at co-spaces. Research included ethnography, interviews, and workshops.
