As a member of the Catastrophe Team, I was called upon to train/mentor several independent adjusters working for company. I also participated in several cost-saving projects for the company utilizing ClaimsXperience and a Drone Program. These test pilots resulted in savings of over $100,000 for the company during time. Assisted other team members in meeting their metrics of initial contact, days to pay, and closing of files.
