Developed team to analyze and select a replacement ERP system
Developed and implemented standards for all subsidiaries websites. This included a consistent infrastructure and content management software, Ektron. The architecture is managed centrally. The content is reviewed centrally, but maintained by each subsidiary
Researched multiple ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Oracle, EPICOR, Infor, PLEX, MAS 500) utilizing structured methodology and rated selection. System selected was EPICOR and was hosted by EPICOR in cloud environment.
Drove Spartan to establish an all Microsoft infrastructure. All new integrated systems were riding on SQL

The time at General Motors was an incredible experience. The assignments included everything from information systems management, project management, systems design and implementation, sales systems positions both domestic and international, office management, policies and procedures development, shop floor management, office management, purchasing and distribution.

Managed the development of the Retail Inventory Management (RIM) system. RIM is an international GM dealer vendor managed inventory system. The system interacts between the dealer’s in-house systems and GMSPO inventory control systems. This system allows for statistical control for replenishment based on sales analysis. Cap Gemini, BEA and EDS were included in the managed resources. The system was running in an EDS cloud system in Plano Texas.
Managed the development and implementation of Electronic Parts Information Center (EPIC). EPIC is a business to business website that allows AC-Delco distributors and GM dealers worldwide to order, view order status, check pricing, print and view invoices, download ASN’s and perform various business related tasks electronically. This assignment included interfacing directly with AC-Delco Distributors and GM dealers, working with EDS global web development, outside vendors, Canada SPO and GMSO International Sales
Benchmarked E-Commerce for GM at Caterpillar, 3M and J.C. Penney. The material was summarized and presented to GMSPO Leadership Team. I presented the same material to the Uniform Code Council E-Commerce Seminar in Dallas, TX 2000
