JOB PROFILE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate men, material & machine for efficient production.

Manage a team of subordinate engineers and workers for the achievement of monthly production plan target.

Discussing the production related problem with higher management to achieve the monthly production plan timely & 70 to 80 workers work under my supervision.

Client visit for inspection and Erection of Boiler equipment .like Steel structure, Bunker, Air pre heater, Staircase, Handrail, Rack & pinion,cyclone Etc at site.

Responsibility of Erection work.

Monitoring and controlling the Site activities and process control.

Ensuring timely availability of materials for the jobs to start.

Looking work of Welding processes like SMAW, GMAW, FCAW,SAW, etc.

Coordinating with Engineering. Dept for utilization of alternative material exists in inventory or against hold projects.

Co-coordinating with all departments with timely completion of jobs.
