Implementation of Scrum methodology, servicing high speed and quality to the company’s website publishing processes and infrastructure changes. With the company’s growth, we made changes in Miami, replacing our firewall manufacturer, installing Storage SSD and changing the virtualization to Vmware; supporting peaks of 20,000 users. Along with the CDN (Cloudflare) implementations and e settings in Bigip acceleration module, we were able to enhance the website’s decreasing the response time from 12 to current 2 seconds.
Hybrid Cloud deployment, using Kubernetes, allowing overflowing traffic on Cloud and serving as a Disaster Recovery.
With the aforementioned changes, we have reached and maintained 99.999% uptime. In 2017 took over, also, as head of security department, being PCI certification my major priority, being able to achieve such goal on 2018 and its renewal on 2019 and 2020. Currently focused on LGPD(data protection and privacy law in brazil).
At the current moment I am managing a 15 people staffed team, being collaborators divide into Infrastructure Team, Users Support, Users Security, Sys Admin and e Database administration; with the lowest company’s Turnover.
