Partner with corporations to create memorable, motivational experiences for event attendees. Skills include effective leadership at both staff and C-level, team management, venue and vendor sourcing and selection, contract negotiation, logistics implementation and on-site management. Recent events range from a 300-person virtual event to a 4,000 global in-person program.

Clients include; MathWorks, Panera Bread, Warner Brothers, Line Data Services, Cutter Associates, Society of Organizational Learning, Thomson Financial.

Lead planner for 4,000 person global, employee event. Managed venue selection, contract negotiation, off site events, meeting space allocation, room block management, entertainment and food and beverage for $10 million program. On-site management and oversight for all meals, meetings, off property events and logistics. Created substantial, measurable savings and concessions which drove the per person cost 15% lower than the previous event 5 years earlier. Negotiated a savings of over $150k in transportation, meals, theme park access, and hotel costs. CEO rated it their “best event ever”.

Implemented annual of three-day Global Sales conference for 1800 attendees (2015-present) including site selection and sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor selection, meeting space allocation, menu selection, audio visual support, logistics, off site venue and entertainment sourcing and on-site management. Negotiated savings of $50k in meeting space annually.

Partnered with virtual exhibitors to gather and showcase their company’s presence on HopIn virtual platform in live client event.

Continuous negotiations on clients’ behalf to reduce costs, improve process and program effectiveness. Includes comprehensive vendor negotiations (transportation, allowable attrition, room rate, security), etc.

Negotiated release from event contracts (due to COVID-19) resulting in $400k in savings.

Developed comprehensive budgets, manage forecasting, measurement and post event assessment and ROI analysis.
