HOVAL steam boiler, Design pressure -13 bar,Working pressure - 8 bar.

Maximum temperature – 195 degree centigrade.

1.Operated ECOTHERM control system automatically fired Company boiler to generate steam that supplied for laundry equipment production process, and safely maintained the main header pressure.

2.Executed daily operations of maintaining a normal operating water level.

3.Wrote, designed and produced a standard operating procedure for the Evaporator.

4.Observed pressure, temperature, feed water regulators and burners.

5.Turned valves and adjusted controls to set specified water level and steam pressure of boiler.

6.Trained fellow Boiler Operators in CIP process of an Evaporator.

7.Maintained a boiler room log, recorded meter and gauge data readings, such as water test results and quantity of fuel consumed.
