• Responsible for architecture, client approach, vendor recommendation (technology) for Network, Midrange, Security and Cloud Automation, and was the business model approver for Xerox Business Services Automation Systems new business engagements (Enterprise/Federal/SLS)

• Driving vision, architecture, financials and program/project management of the CY14 Xerox Business Services Automation transformation effort – which is changing the people, process and operations of the Global Automation systems that Xerox Business Services staff and clients utilize

• Over the past 36 months, provided Evaluation Criteria, Financial justifications, and Conversion Recommendations for four legacy fault and performance management systems – with consolidation down to a single, all-encompassing Network Automation platform

Brought onboard to AmeriPath as a consultant for Telecommunications Services, was responsible for research and development of a comprehensive Telecommunications RFP, which restructured the AmeriPath National TDM network, and converted, to an MPLS, and VoIP Communications Network. He was responsible for all Wireline, Wireless, DSL and, MPLS Network Systems. He was responsible for engagement and negotiation of all carrier contracts, as well all telecommunications maintenance contracts nationwide. Accomplishments:

• Managed portfolio of 38 large PBX’s nationwide

• Delivered telecom services to 62 AmeriPath offices and data centers

• P&L responsibility of approximately $4.7M during FY06

• SME/PMO over all infrastructure projects estimated at over $4M Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center 8/2003 to 5/2005 Telecommunications and Data Networks Construction Manager (Pre-Opening) Telecommunications Operations Manager (Post Opening) Responsible for all construction and operations of Wired, Wireless, Cellular and Systems (construction and operations) for the largest Hospitality Data and Voice environment in the Southwestern United States.
