Analyzed different grades of sand to evaluate if process was in control by developing Control charts, Process Capability Ratios, Examined Shift of means and suggested improvements for the same. Identified multiple KPI using Minitab and MS Excel in manufacturing of sand and performed Root Cause Analysis for variation in quality of sand by which we successfully increased quality of sand by 2.6%.
