Job Profile

• Keeping attendance details for the entire (717) staff all shifts and monitoring timely update employee records like personal details, designation, other allowance, increments, leave records, training etc.

• Making Roster every Month shift wise. Make Salary register and salary statements and then transfer salary to their individual accounts. Making and issuing salary slips. Making advance statement also if required.

• Checking & Verifying Documents for Account opening. Anchoring the workers after salary payouts and clarifying the queries (if any). Taking care of PF / ESIC / Prof Tax / of all the workers.

• Paying all types of Statutory Compliance online like PF, ESIC, PT, GST etc and Paying all types of company bills online like electricity, telephone / mobile etc.

• Handling the Stationary utilization in the office etc.

• Making all clients payment through cheque, NEFT, RTGS. Fill up slip of deposit cheque, making cash withdrawal cheque and any other bank related work.

• Manage petty cash system day to day. Payments follow up.

• Handling Purchase Order and all Quotation Details. Making Tax Invoices.

• All types of online payment like credit card etc.Online tickets and hotels booking.

• Ready all Company / Personal Papers for Loans. Ready all Company documents for accounting purpose. Manpower Planning,Obtaining & timely renewal of various company documents like Labour Licence, Gumasta Licence, etc.
