Presently working as HVAC Technician with EFS Facilities Service since may 2018 in Project- (Etihad Airways). DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:

Operation and Maintenance Chiller plant of Water cooled up to 500 TR (Make-York).

Operation and maintenance of AHU, FAHU, FCU, TFA and VAV system.

Operation and Maintenance of secondary, primary and condenser pump.

Declining of condenser, evaporator, AHU Coil.

Familiar of BMS system to control all the building equipment regarding HVAC System.

Maintaining shifts-register, log book & other records as well.

Performing and coordinating planned preventive maintenance, ensuring Smooth operation, achieving minimum breakdowns.

Adept and coordinating Breakdown/Shutdown maintenance.

Basics Knowledge of electrical Equipments.

Compressor Installation and Breezing.

Monitoring & attending the ground reactive tasks through CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management System).

Operation and maintenance of commercial type AC like- Split, Cassette and Package AC.

Knowledge Of VFD, (ABB and Emersion)

Well Operation knowledge of BMS system.

Maintaining of DB, SMDB, and lighting system.

Adhering to operation practices & Safety Standards, ensuring Sound & Safe operation all time. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

DLF BUILDING NO- 07, DLF CYBER CITY PHASE 03 GURGAON (HARYANA) INDIA. Worked with VIPUL Facilities Management PVT. LTD. India as HVAC Technician since 29-September-2016 to 12 May 2018.
