Sending all PTA’s for different countries as per customers requirement with keeping of high level accuracy and efficiency

Attending all staff briefings daily involving the frontline staff in the pertaining areas and discuss matters relating to customer service, operational policies.

Random spot-checks on daily shift basis, in order to ensure those company’s standards and procedures and adhered to by front-line.

Flight disruption:

In the event on any flight disruption, misconnection or critical flights:

Plan and execute a handling plan, which is line with the laid down standards and procedures. Conduct a briefing with all the staff that will handle the disruption and allocate the tasks to ensure smooth handling.

Plan Control:

Plan, organize and manage flight disruptions such as: Delays, cancellations, in order to ensure service delivery standard is maintained under adverse conditions.

Procedure:

Provide support to Management (Project, Operation issues)

Assisting in developing procedures and co-ordinate with other authority and operators at Abu Dhabi airport to ensure smooth handling of all flights.

Flight schedule updation.

System Development:

Co-Coordinating with Business Support Group for the new enhancement on SITA System
