Midwest Market Operations Manager

Lead the Chicago Market launch of the Jyve Application, On-demand Grocery Merchandising in Chicago with our partners KeHE Foods and 44 Mariano’s Grocery Stores. Successfully launched additional partners in the Chicago Market, Power Distributing and Red Bull North America (150 stores) followed by the successful launch of Chicago area Meijer Stores (40 stores). Ran all the operations within the Jyve App to ensure Jyvers (merchandisers) were able to claim work and successfully execute in-store merchandising using the Jyve smartphone application. Currently oversee the recruitment of Jyvers (merchandisers) to the Jyve platform along side training and development with over 350 active Jyvers (merchandisers) completing work since our July 2018 partner launches.

• Created the first Jyve Market Lead, full time contractor position, to assist with all Chicago market activities as the Jyver merchandiser partner space grows and more partner accounts are added. The Market Lead position has also been replicated in other Jyve markets across the United States.

• Since the launch of the Jyve App in 2018, the Chicago market KeHE metrics have been the best in the company with 100% Jyver claiming and 100% store execution within a 24hr-measured period with the lowest lag time (dock to stock).

• Red Bull metrics with 100% Jyver claiming and 100% same day store execution in all 150+ Red Bull accounts.

• Meijer Store metrics with 100% Claiming and 95% same day store execution.

• Maintain all distributor and retail partner relationships within the market to ensure smooth Jyver execution at the individual store level.

UNIVERSAL SOLE RUNNING STORE & EVENTS October 2008 – October 2017 Founder & Owner

Supervised two General Managers, two Purchasing Managers and 20 full/part time employees across two locations. Oversaw the creation of Universal Sole Running Events with execution of over 65 large format and grass roots running events each year. Executed all marketing and brand awareness; designed and implemented innovative marketing initiatives to drive store sales. Conducted forecasting, inventory, stock 2

GOOSE ISLAND BEER COMPANY April 2014 – May 2015

Responsible for supporting the Goose Island Classic Beer Brands and innovation brews. Oversaw the process from beer conception to beer sold in market place both in the local Goose Island Brewery and the national Anheuser-Busch Breweries. Oversaw the stage gate process to manage all beers in the portfolio from classic beers to innovation and new launch beers. Drove cross-functional team integration with sales & distribution to bring portfolio to retail. Worked closely with Brewing team for portfolio innovation and project timeline requirements.

• Assisted in the $4M rebranding of the Goose Island IPA to Goose IPA among the entire Budweiser distribution system and retailers both nationally and internationally.

• Designed and developed key trade and retail programs in the national market place for the Goose Island Classic Brand Portfolio.

• Oversaw the $250k partnership for Goose Island and the Bank of America, Chicago Marathon. RED BULL NORTH AMERICA April 2008 – January 2010
