As an Account Executive for Woodward Radio Group, I was responsible for managing and growing a list of clients to help improve business profits through advertising on 105.7 WAPL and Razor 94.7. Along with traditional advertising, we also offered digital advertising plans with website advertising and programmatic advertising packages.

As an Account Executive for Heartland Communications, I was responsible for managing my list of businesses to help them improve their business through advertising with radio. Along with managing current clients, I also prospected and brought in new clients.

I would like to give you with a brief overview of my history as an account executive for Woodward Radio Group, Heartland Communications and as a sales representative for West Corporation. In my positions, I have learned how to set and achieve sales goals, be accountable and be able to manage my time efficiently as well as how to build relationships with prospective and current clients.
I began my career working at Tel-Mark Sales in August 2004. When West Corporation purchased Tel-Mark Sales, I continued my career with West Corporation and I was over the years I was promoted from sales to senior sales and up to New Business Development. I worked directly with the Director of Sales to identify and explore new business opportunities for West’s receivables management team. Once I uncover a prospective opportunity, I initiate conversations with our contacts to uncover their needs and build a relationship between our organizations.
In early 2013 my family and I moved to Eagle River. I then took a position as an Account Executive for the local Radio Station, WRJO 94.5FM. Over the past 5 years I have learned the in’s and out’s of a radio station. In the small market, account executives do it all from sales, collections, copy writing, recording, event planning and I also became the color commentator for the local High School sports. In my sales position, I work with a list of over 100 clients, to help promote and improve their business through advertising. Along with working with the current clients in the listening area, I also reach out to new prospects to gain new business for the radio station. In this position, I truly learned how to be an independent, driven successful sales person.
In July 2018 my family and I moved back to De Pere and I began my career at Woodward Radio Group, selling radio advertising for 105.7 WAPL and Razor 94.7. In this position, I was responsible for working with local direct businesses as well as national accounts and agencies. I was responsible for putting together advertising packages and proposals as well as growing my current client list. I worked first hand with businesses and helped them grow their profits by using radio and digital advertising.
Working in the sales, account management and customer service industry over the years has taught me the importance of communication, time management, achieving/exceeding sales goals, and team building skills. I have a positive attitude, and a drive to excel.
