Responsible for monitoring the security and safety operations for organization, The implementation of security and safety policies, regulations, rules, and norms to make sure that the environment in the organization is safe for employers and visitors. Training new members of security and safety staff and delegate tasks and duties to them. Check and monitor the access control of the people who are visiting the organization. Air Force Facilities Manager ( Operation & Maintenance Manager )

Formation of an extensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) organization with $75million budget, This on job facility support services (FSS) training program has begun with untrained personnel and ended up with more than 150 personnel, certified in various grades and trades.

Managing and planning the whole Operation and Maintenances activities for the following systems : HVAC systems, 7.5MW power plant, water and waste water treatment plant, plumbing system, piping, structure, interior and exterior electric system, liquid fuel stations, boilers, housing complex ( American Compound ), dining facilities, fire alarm and fire fighting systems, elevators, refrigerator, etc.

Leading working teams of US Army Corps of Engineers, contractors and Egyptian Air Force to supervise the O&M contract.

Setting up the long term and short term strategies as well as rules for O&M programs.

Designing the documentary cycle of work and job orders for both planned and emergency

(scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance).

Applying PROUTIES® software maintenance program for all O&M activities and manpower controlling through a network system.

Follow up & analysis the training progress and determined the needed training aids.

Applying the most effective Environmental Concerns Energy, Security and Life – Safety Management procedures and rules according to the latest US standards

Establishing a whole inventory control system for about 40,000 item including item coding, level control, racks identification, local/US requisition formats, data entry, SKU system.

Reviewing the O&M budget including required finance, manpower, materials, spare parts as well as preventive maintenance schedule and unplanned failure

Review of O&M manuals and drawings to determine the required spare parts and their quantities.

Holding weekly and monthly meetings to evaluate & benchmark the contract status of O&M progress.

Setting up on duty and standby working teams.

Establishing a training center where we maintain all of the as built drawing and specification used during the construction, O&M manuals, training manual, technical books, systems and equipment work order history, and video library of O&M training sessions. In addition was a computer learning center providing the capability to train new personnel.

Establishing an English Language Lab to improve the trainees’ technical language level using the DLI materials.

Commissioning and starting up of a large number of various facilities conducted in three phases of construction by Orascom/Contract Joint Venture with totally $280M budget GINAKLIS air base project

Commissioning and starting up all the base facilities handed over by contractor (Orascom

,Contract) including all the NAV Aids systems and equipment with totally $120M FAYED air base project
