EXPERIENCE
XFAB Lubbock, Texas USA Electrical Engineering Intern February 2020-May 2020
Working with team to test analog/mixed-signal semiconductor devices, the devices which are manufactured silicon wafers for mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs).
The application is targeted for analog applications that can be integrated with additional functions such as high voltage, non-volatile memory or sensors Group Nire Lubbock, Texas USA Electrical Engineering CPT May 2019 - December 2019
Solving the challenges of integrating renewable energy sources and emerging energy-efficiency technologies with the electric grid.
Ensuring that the grid is resilient and secure in the face of growing cybersecurity and extreme weather concerns.
Gunesli Watan Ashgabat, Turkmenistan Electrical Engineering Assistant June 2012 – February 2013
Assistant of Engineering: Managed resolution of circuit issues during the launch of a power distribution in the construction building.
Assisted troubleshooting electrical/electronic control circuits and coordinated activities to sort and rework out-of-tolerance parts to meet a tight deadline SKILLS/Abilities/Accomplishments
Projects
Robocop Soccer Team
Autonomous Soccer Team (3players each side) autonomous rovers are developed to play a
“soccer-like” real game. Soccer Server (C++ Version) which was distributed via the web. The hardware, circuitry and coding were created for the Tank and individual sensors. Then, the process of integrating code with hardware to run efficiently is built Autonomous Rover
Autonomous Delivery Rover was designed and developed. Tank capable of following a track and avoiding obstacles and picking up paper clips from the pickup zone
Each of the stipulations were satisfied by using the Rover 5 Tank, H-Bridge, various sensors and the BASYS3 board.
Transmitter RF
Transmitter (49.86Mhz) and Receiver system capable of remote control of 2 on/off function (FCC part 15 frequency regulations)
In this project, a wireless transmitter and receiver system using RF modules (RF Transmitter and RF Receiver) is implemented
High Temperature Gate Bias Circuit Design
HTGB (High Temperature Gate Bias): the circuit design was built to establishing an Independent Testing Facility to perform reliability analysis of WBG (Wide Band Gate) semiconductor devices.
The device performance: breakdown voltage, threshold voltage, gate current and dc output conductance with two-dimensional and two-carrier device simulation. Technical skills
Java, C++, Verilog, HTML/CSS, MATLAB, Assembly Source, Visual Studio, Selenium QA Testing
Electrical Design Programs (CAD)
Microsoft Office 360, LTSPICE, Atmel Studio, Eagle Cad, Power World (PW) Simulator, Fusion 360, SRIM Simulator
Languages: Intermediate Russian, Turkish, Uzbek languages, Fluent Turkmen and English languages and capable of translating between these languages Leadership
