I am a highly motivated individual who has gained most of experience through both on practical job and some studies. As a self-starter, over the course of my career, I have developed many skills including management skills, presentation skills, union negotiation skills, report writing, misconduct investigation and oral communication skills due to communicating with different individuals on various levels of seniority and minority to mine. I have been involved in various fields within the HR Department ranging from and not limited to labour planning, managing absentees, counselling, training and development, performance management, grievances, employee relations and now community liaison. I am looking to secure employment where I can exercise some experience that I currently have while learning new ways to improve on my efficiencies for the benefit of the company and my own individual development.
