Receiving 3D model and 2D drawing from customer.

Identifying customer’s part specific requirement (Fitment/Critical Dimension/Testing/Assembly).

Manufacturing Feasibility review & Providing inputs for effective manufacturing.

Components & Tooling price finalization with customer.

Conducting Supplier Best in Class (BIC) audit & short listing based on cost, quality, delivery, past performance.

Preparing the cost estimation for component and tooling price .

Supplier shortlist based on cost, Lead time, Capacity, Capability, Previous performance.

Negotiation with supplier on Bought out component and Tooling price, with release of LOI/Purchase order to supplier upon price finaliztion

Review of Tool Design Concepts.

Co-ordinating CFT meets for preparing PFD, FMEA and Control plan arrival
