Description: This Township contained Golf Courses, 16 Stories Building, Cricket, Football Stadium and Bungalows. It is spread in 650 Acres of land .It contained 16 stories (B+16) Towers. The Project involved more than 125000 cub of concrete of different grade, 5.5 kg reinforcement/sq. ft. of tower area. This high end luxury tower is surrounded by 6.5 depths 25000sqm Lake which is also a resource for township water supply.
Role: Prepared tenders by taking out quantities of lake, 3 types of 16 stories tower included finishing. In this project water proofing work for lake was very important especially at expansion & construction joint. The tower expansion joint treatment is also important from tender drawing and finishing schedule. Developed BOQ in which specification and make of material is important from quality & cost control view. Tracked & monitored construction schedule by preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress report. Checking vendor invoice and process in SAP system. Clearing escalation bill for Basic rate item material with reconciliation of material.
