DESIGNING AND ANALYZING THE SOLAR PANEL USING CONCENTRATOR: (Guided by Dr.S.Babu associate professor, department of mechanical engineering) OBJECTIVE: To design a stimulator for analyzing the efficiency of solar cell using concentrator and estimating the angle of inclination of sun rays. WORK: In a dark room creating an artificial sun light using xenon bulb and testing the efficiency by varying the height and angel of both concentrator and solar cells. CONCLUSION: The project improved the efficiency of solar panel by increasing the intensity of light project on the surface of the panel.
OPTIMIZING THE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT OF ANTIFRICTIONAL BEARING AND COUPLING OF REFINERY PUMPS BY DIGITALIZING THE PARTS: (Guided by Mr.tilak patel senior manager, Nayara energy ltd)
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the inventory management by digitalizing the data of anti- frictional bearing for 1400 pumps from various source into a digital platform. WORK: In refinery pumps, the anti-frictional bearing and couplings are main parts. According to their specification, unique identification code are allocate and visually inspected. Gathering report of the damages occur and estimating minimum stock to maintain of these, two parts.
CONCLUSION: The objective of the project is achieved and the management reduce the cost for inventory maintenance.
