Batch Cycle Time Optimization of Characteristics for Automotive Coatings. Description:

In this project Batch scheduling has been extended to solve complex paint production problems. Throughput analysis of batch process aims to identifying where more time consumption are occurred. During automotive painting, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) associated with the paint solvents are emitted to atmosphere. VOCs emission is controlled by using a new solvent.
