RESPONSIBILITIES OF RESTAURANT MANAGER

● The main duty of Restaurant Manager is to receive the materials from the supplier, check the receipt base on the P.O., arranging the items, preservation the items, recording, issue the items, supervise the duty of staff under his control.

● Checking expiry date on food items in the walk-in-cooler at daily basis.

● To assist the District Manager in revising and implementing the store strategies plans.

● Assist District Manager by completing all assigned duties.

● Supervise the shift that you are scheduled.

● Make sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures like dress code, eating food at station, cell phone usage, etc.

● Communicate all employees’ relations issues, concerns, and incidents to District Manager

● To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of food materials.

● To maintain proper records.

● To maintain proper inventory, cash deposit and book keeping on daily basis.

● To maintain and prepare the working hours and salary statements on monthly basis.

● Handling all the day to day operations and involved with the Housekeeping, security, maintenance & people to run the operations smoothly.

● Handling all the customer complaints & VIP bookings for any kind of events.

● Executing all the events on time and daily operations to be monitored & to be run smoothly by taking regular follow up's.
